Finland lives in a paradox

We find it absurd that, even as wealth sits in the accounts of an ageing population, they often go without everyday help because services are too expensive, too rigid or too hard to reach. The need for help hasn't disappeared; it just goes unnoticed. Organisations of every size also need agile, flexible expertise.

On the other side of the coin are young, skilled makers. According to recent figures from Statistics Finland, in October 2025 there were 276,000 unemployed people in Finland. Unemployment hits the young especially hard, even though unfinished work is available everywhere.

Why now?

We're living through a time of great change. AI is permanently reshaping expert work, and layoff negotiations are everyday news. Working life is in upheaval, and traditional structures no longer suffice.
